Standard shipping is free for all orders within the United States and typically takes 3-5 business days. For expedited shipping, additional charges may apply and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. International orders may also be subject to additional charges and longer delivery times.

All orders will be shipped with tracking information provided, and insurance is available upon request. In the event of any damages or lost items during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, but will gladly accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new and unused condition. If you have any special requests or accommodations for shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
