VIP Displays Terms & Conditions

RETURN & REFUND: Our policy states that upon receipt of a returned item, your company will inspect it and notify the customer of its status. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated, and the customer will receive either a refund or credit within 40 days. It's important to note that the 40-day window allows for any necessary processing time.

SHIPPING: The global supply chain and logistics industry continue to be impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While the situation has improved, we may still experience occasional delays in shipping due to shipping capacity constraints, port congestion, and workforce shortages. We want to assure you that we are working diligently to ensure timely delivery of your orders, but please note that our usual shipping time of 5-7 business days may still be extended in some cases. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times and will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays. Thank you for your continued support and trust in our products and services.

INSTALLATION: VIP Displays provides installation services for LED video walls, but it's important to note that installers will not be available for networking or electrical work. This means that customers will need to hire separate specialists for these services, and VIP Displays will only provide installation for the LED video walls.

WARRANTY: VIP Displays offers a 3-year warranty on indoor and 2-years on outdoor LED video walls, covering the LED panels, power supply, receiving card, video processor, and sending card. This warranty provides customers with peace of mind knowing that their investment is protected for a reasonable amount of time.
